Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions, I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.  My therapeutic style is conversational with the focus on how you are presently framing the issues in your life.


I offer both 50 and 90-minute sessions depending on your specific needs. Successful therapy requires openness and commitment on your part, and I will support you with the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
