Together we will work on developing healthy skills for coping with life’s difficulties, and more effective ways for communicating about sex, intimacy, sexual fantasies, sexual fears, and sexual concerns. The goal for sex therapy is to feel comfortable with your sexuality, which can lead to greater satisfaction with your partner.
